Dear Readers,
Welcome to the Tacis Institution Building Partnership Programme (IBPP).
This portal is to support the civil society building in Ukraine, as well as Moldova and Belarus, through allowing access to the knowledge, information, experience, partnership opportunities generated by the Tacis IBPP in three partner countries during 2002-2007, for all actors in the sector.
The portal is developed based on the comprehensive data base of the IBPP projects in Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus. The following IBPP main sectors are covered:
- social reforms
- administrative reforms
- local economic development
You can get useful information on the completed and on-going IBPP projects, contact information of the organisations involved in the IBPP projects, read and download various materials and publications produced by the projects.
You can find potential partners from the EU countries and Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus, as well as communicate and share your information through forum facility.
Information about other EC and local initiatives in civil society sector is presented as well.
We hope that the IBPP website will be useful for non-government organisations, non-for-profit professional organisations, local and regional authorities, and other institutions working in the civil society building sector.
